Our Company conducts General Meetings in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the applicable Secretarial Standards (SS-2) issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). These include the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and any Extraordinary General Meeting (EoGM) as may be required from time to time.

Notices remain accessible until the conclusion of the meeting or as per policy.
